Processing and Shipping may take up to 5 business days.

Items may be shipped separately from one another! Due to using different manufacturing methods, some items may ship in separate packages; this is done to have product to you faster. It does not increase your shipping cost. If you are “missing” a part of your order - DON’T WORRY - it’s likely on the way, just in a separate package! This applies to most Disk Pillow orders. This will be noted in the product description with applicable.

Make sure the address you enter at checkout is correct and current. We are not responsible for mistakes in the shipping address. If you find an error, contact us quickly to see if we can cancel or update your order. After your item has shipped, we cannot change the address.

If your item is shipped to an incorrect or invalid address due to customer error at checkout and returned to us we may ask you to provide additional shipping payment or we can refund the product (minus original shipping cost).

Items in the 'Revive' shop (samples, vintage clothing, reworked items) cannot be returned. Please check the product description for possible flaws. All Revive Shop items are 1 of 1.
